Barons Court Primary School and Nursery

Community Hub

CLIC

The Community Hub is housed within Barons Court Primary School and offers a large range of family learning opportunities to our school community. The Community Hub works in partnership with Southend Adult Community College (SACC) to provide courses and projects for our families. When adults sign up for a course, places are allocated on a first come, first served basis - please check out the wide variety of workshops we are running this academic year.

Aims of our Community Hub

  • Provide opportunities for pupils, together with their families, to take part in activities and receive services which build stronger positive interaction.
  • Provide extended services and community use of facilities for activities that take place out of school hours, including adult and family learning.
  • To ensure opportunities for life-long learning skills.
  • To develop a sense of community at Barons Court Primary School and Nursery.

The Community Hub is a fantastic facility that benefits families and children.  Sign up to a course or workshop session today or pop in to suggest possible courses that you would be interested in.
